To make a good logo it has to be recognizable and signify the product or business.   Logos are used to identify a company, like a signature.  There is usually a meaning behind why the logo looks the way it does.   It has to have a great concept.  It takes creativity, thought, and a lot of time to create a good logo. Good logo will be simple, memorable, versatile, and appropriate for the type of business or product.  If the logo is unique it won’t look like any other logo and won’t get confused with other logos, brands, companies or products.
